Summery of the Trinity
Saturday Aug 31, 2019
Saturday Aug 31, 2019
After doing my best to explain some of the basic parts of the doctrine of the Trinity, today I attempt to put it all together. With the help of today's section of the Catechism, I reexplain the basic parts then dive into the most specific way in which we can understand this doctrine. Granted this is a hard doctrine for us to understand because what we can know about it is something that we can only know in its parts. But, with today's lesson, I hope you get the bigger picture of what and who our God is, as we can know him. As we continue our study of how we as Catholics understand God as a Trinity, we come to the final person of the Holy Trinity, the Holy Spirit. As a result, we begin to see that each of these Persons are a way in which we relate to God as a result of how He saved us and allows us to fully comprehend the Godhead as completely as we can with our limited mental capacity.

As we move into the next section of the Catechism, we dive into the first deep waters about God, namely His Trinitarian nature.
